A real game, a real culture
Truco is the soundtrack of Argentine Sundays.
Played in cafés, on patios, in the Pampas — Truco is part of the everyday in Argentina. Cousins, abuelos, friends from primaria all gather around the same matchstick scoreboard.
It's also one of the best ways to learn Spanish. The cantos — ¡Truco!, ¡Quiero!, ¡Falta envido! — stay in Spanish. The strategy gets explained however you need it. By the end of a few matches, you'll catch yourself thinking in the language.
