Both words come from “emoción,” but they have different uses:

Emocionante → Something exciting (describes things or situations).

✅ La película fue emocionante. (The movie was exciting.)

✅ El partido de fútbol fue emocionante hasta el final.

Emocionado → Someone feeling excited (describes a person’s state).

✅ Estoy muy emocionado por mi viaje a España. (I’m very excited about my trip to Spain.)

✅ Ella estaba emocionada con la sorpresa.

Remember: “Emocionante” = Exciting / “Emocionado” = Excited!
